Tiramisu

A dessert consisting of a layer of sponge cake soaked in very strong espresso coffe, topped with a layer of mascarpone cheese cream, egg yolks and sugar, and the whole thing is sprinkled with a layer of coarsely ground dark chocolate flakes.

Panna Cotta

Panna cotta consists of milk and cream, sugar, gelatin and flavorings. It can be prepared with the addition of alcohol – wine or rum.

Cannolo

Cannoli consist of a thin and crisp wafer shell and a delicious filling of ricotta cheese cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and other ingredients.

Panettone

Classic panettone contains flour, eggs, yeast, butter and raisins, candied orange and lemon peel. Interestingly, the cake is baked in a special paper form, which allows it to obtain a characteristic shape.

Ice cream

The basic ingredients of ice cream are milk, cream, sugar, some emulsifier and a stabilizer. More technically, it is a frozen liquid mixture of: fat, nonfat dry milk solids, water, sweeteners, emulsifiers, stabilizers and flavors.
