Prosciutto di San Daniele

a type of Italian ham, similar in appearance to Parma ham, produced in 30 villages around San Daniele del Friuli in the province of Udine (Friuli-Venezia Giulia region). The product has the European Union geographical origin marking and a special regional seal.It is the pride of the FVG region and is recognized all over the world.

True Italian mortadella is usually made from very finely ground pork.
